Our Lewisburg dental team is centered on the ideas of continuing education and advancement. Our experienced, caring team members are always studying the latest improvements within the dental industry in order to give you the most comfortable and thorough treatments possible.
Lisa has been our financial coordinator since 1982. She loves the people on our team and all of the services that we provide to the community. She says that our teamwork allows us to provide the ultimate dental experience for our patients. She and her husband Don reside in Northumberland. He is the third generation business owner of Frye’s Interiors. They have two grown daughters who are both RN’s, along with four grandchildren: Ava, Cole, Hayden, and Lucas. When she and the family aren’t traveling, Lisa volunteers at her local church where she has been a Deacon for 30 years.
Patti has over twenty years of experience in the dental field. From being an assistant to financial coordinator, billing and insurance and front desk she strives towards customer care and satisfaction. “A patient should always leave the office feeling like it was the best experience they have ever had.”
Patti graduated from Millville Area High School and resides there today with her partner and daughter. Her daughter is a junior studying at West Chester University in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has 3 cats and two dogs. A huge animal lover.
In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, taking long walks, knitting & reading. Her family is very important to her and she loves spending as much time as she can with them.
Desiree, one of our Scheduling Coordinators, has been involved in the dental industry since 1986. Her journey involved on-the-job training as an Office Manager and Dental Assistant, as well as learning from exceptional dentists along the way. Her commitment to excellence is further evident through her completion of numerous Las Vegas Institute (LVI) courses.
On any given day, Desiree’s responsibilities include managing schedules, handling financial arrangements, coordinating treatments, nurturing patient relations, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Her passion lies in building relationships, both with patients and colleagues. She’s a firm believer in the adage that doing what you love never feels like “work.”
Outside of the office, Desiree cherishes moments with family and friends, enjoys traveling, and has recently discovered the therapeutic nature of painting. She’s amazed by how creating art can be both relaxing and fulfilling.
Christine is our operations manager. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the College of Business Pre-law, and then the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in the Residential Design program. She has almost 20 years of experience in the dental field. “I enjoy connecting with our patients – it is always such a satisfying feeling to be able to put them at ease and let them know we will take the absolute best care of them. I feel privileged to work with so many experienced dental professionals – Dr Bonomo is the most talented and compassionate doctor I have ever collaborated with. I love my staff like family!” She is proud that so many different dental treatments are kept in-house because our professional, experienced teams can do it all.
Christine has two children: Halle – is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, and Brandon – is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
In her spare time, Christine has many hobbies. She enjoys horse-back riding with her daughter and friends – she competed at an elevated level from age 10 – 18 in the western riding disciplines as well as later becoming a successful barrel racer with national ranking. She later competed on the IUP equestrian team. If she is not at the barn, you will find her traveling to new places, reading books, and spending time at the lake with friends and family!
Nicole is a Scheduling Coordinator at Union Dental Health and has been in the dental field since 2014. She joined the Union Dental Health team in 2024 and appreciates the supportive and dedicated team members that make the practice such a special place to work. Nicole’s role includes scheduling patients and handling various office administration tasks.
Outside the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron, and their three children—twins Paige and Alyssa, and Mason. She also loves live music, traveling, and exploring local favorites like Seidel’s Mardi Gras in Danville and Marley’s Brewery in Bloomsburg.
Mistie is a graduate of Sun Area Technical Institute and has been a dental assistant for over 30 years. She’s been working in our Lewisburg dental office for over two decades. When asked what her responsibilities are around the office, Mistie says, “what isn’t?” She says her hands are everywhere, helping her team and also patients, explaining dental issues and working on financial aid. The best part of coming to work for Mistie is her team of coworkers all the while helping people enjoy improved oral health. If Mistie wasn’t working as a dental assistant, you’d probably find her lying on a beach somewhere in the world with a cool drink in hand. When you meet Mistie, you’ll find she’s fun, committed, tenacious, outgoing, and logical. Outside of work, Mistie is usually spending time with family and her Weiner dog named Pepper. She’s also been known to take trips to Las Vegas or the casinos to enjoy some fun time with friends.
Tara, one of our dedicated Registered Dental Hygienists, has been a valuable addition to the Union Dental Health family since 2021. Her educational journey is as well-rounded as her approach to patient care. Tara holds an Associate of Liberal Arts from Franciscan University of Steubenville, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the same institution, and an Associate of Applied Science in dental hygiene from Pennsylvania College of Technology, as well as certification in laser dentistry.
As a Hygiene Team Leader, Tara excels in patient care and education. Her true passion lies in helping those with dental anxieties find comfort, and nurturing relationships with patients. She finds the meticulous thought and care of each individual’s treatment plan and the genuine attention given to each patient is a testament to their dedication.
Outside the office, Tara’s love for education extends to her role as a substitute teacher. She also enjoys the best of both worlds, bouncing between the Pacific coast and ski slopes with her children.
Susan has been a dedicated member of our team for 14 years and has a total of 46 years of experience in dentistry. She’s not only a graduate of both Bloomsburg University (B.S.Ed.) and Williamsport Area Community College – now Pennsylvania College of Technology (A.A.S), she’s also Dental Laser Certified. Her background in education makes her the perfect person to help teach our patients the importance of dental hygiene care. Susan loves being able to treat each patient as an individual and customizes all aspects of their care in order to help them achieve the best dental health possible. When asked what makes Union Dental Health unique, Susan says, “All the staff members are committed to providing the highest level of care. They are ALL top-notch employees!” When not in the office, she works at the Animal Resource Center’s donation facility in Bloomsburg, she’s on the Election Board for Locust Township, and she’s the Secretary/Treasurer of Sigma Phi – Penn College’s Dental Hygiene Honor Sorority. She may also be found reading, baking, traveling to quaint small towns with unique shops, or spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and gardening. She has one engaged son, one slightly spoiled grandpuppy named Bailey, and one sixth-generation family farm in Numidia.
Sarah graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2017 with her degree in dental hygiene. She loves making a personal connection with her patients and building a long term relationship. She is also extremely devoted to educating them on their individual needs.
She lives in New Columbia tucked away in the woods with her husband Tyler and their three dog babies, Sadie, Jake and Lucy. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, reading, crafting, and most of all, spending time with her friends and family.
Liann, one of our Registered Dental Hygienists, obtained her education at Northampton Community College. With her journey in dentistry beginning in 1994, she joined Union Dental Health in 2023. Her primary responsibility lies in providing clinical and therapeutic hygiene care to our patients. Liann greatly appreciates the convenience of Union Dental Health being a multi-specialty office, offering comprehensive dental care under one roof. She finds immense value in the collective knowledge and decades of experience within the entire staff.
Outside the office, Liann’s passion extends to leading worship at two local churches, particularly through her vocal and harmonious musical talents. In her leisure time, she enjoys immersing herself in reading and taking peaceful walks.
Megan, our experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), honed her skills at SUN Area Technical Institute in 2003 and Keystone Technical Institute in 2014. Since entering the field of dentistry in 2003, Megan has been committed to providing exceptional care, joining Union Dental Health in February 2024. With the ability to perform procedures like coronal polishing and applying topical fluoride, Megan plays a vital role in assisting our doctors chairside.
Megan likes the family atmosphere at Union Dental Health and values working alongside such a knowledgeable team. When she is not in the office, Megan treasures time with her children and Sitting in Camden Yards attending Orioles baseball games is one of her favorite places to be. She also finds joy in outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and basking in the sun on a beautiful beach.
Eva, one of our Dental Assistants at Union Dental Health, has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier smiles for over 13 years. A graduate of Petra Allied Health in Springdale, Arkansas, Eva is a certified dental assistant with radiology certification and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-focused care. She assists with everything from patient seating and X-rays to treatment room preparation and sterilization, helping ensure each visit is comfortable and efficient. Eva loves being part of a profession that allows her to support patients on their journey to better oral health and is proud to be part of a practice that offers a wide range of treatments all in one convenient location.
Originally from Arkansas, Eva has called Lewisburg home since 2021. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys sewing, painting, and spending time with her beloved dachshund and four cats. Known for being kind, genuine, empathetic, creative, and dependable, Eva brings a warm and welcoming presence to the office each day. She is passionate about helping others feel their best and strives to make every patient experience a positive one.
Charlie, one of our Dental Assistants, joined Union Dental Lewisburg in 2026 and has been working in the dental field since 2019. Charlie assists with a variety of clinical responsibilities, including supporting the doctor during procedures and maintaining sterilization protocols to help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every patient. He values being part of a team-focused practice where everyone works together to provide exceptional care and support to patients.
Outside the office, Charlie enjoys cooking, playing Fortnite, spending time with family, and taking walks with his dog. A member of the local Moose Club, he brings a fun, energetic, and personable attitude to both his work and everyday life. Guided by his favorite quote, “You’ll never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory,” Charlie strives to make each patient visit a positive and memorable experience
Jake is a Sterilization Tech at Union Dental Health, joining the team in 2025. His key responsibilities include sorting, cleaning, and sterilizing dental instruments, along with preparing operatories to ensure each patient has a clean, comfortable experience.
Outside the office, Jake enjoys playing golf and even giving the occasional lesson. When it’s time to unwind, he can’t resist a good slice of pizza—especially from LaCasa in Lewisburg. Whether on the golf course or at work, Jake brings care and attention to everything he does, helping the team provide top-quality patient care.
