Cancellation and No Show Policy

We at Union Dental Health know time is valuable and we try very hard to be respectful of your time. Our appointment times are reserved in advance to take care of your dental health needs. To promote efficient access to our office for all of our patients we ask that 48 hour advance notice is provided if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. We have implemented a $75 fee for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled without 48 hour notice and for patients who do not show for their appointments. Due to demand, broken or failed Friday/Saturday appointments will result in not being awarded another Friday or Saturday. We do understand emergencies and illnesses occur and we definitely will be respectful of this.
